Who is it for?
If you’re looking for a paddle board that’s under $500 check out the Bay Sports Seek inflatable SUP. This paddle board comes in at $449 which is one of the most affordable boards that you’ll be able to find on the market. It comes fully loaded with the board, pump, paddle, leash, fin, and repair kit all included which is a ton of value at this price point. The Seek is a very stable board and is great for all around, short distance paddling, great for beginners. The board is also lightweight and easy to carry weighing just under 20 lbs.
First Impressions
The Seek from Bay Sports received an upgrade for 2022 and one that packs even more of a punch for the price point. As with all other new models, the Seek now features bungee cords on both the nose and tail of the board that feature something we’ve never seen before: handles integrated in the bungee for someone to hold onto if riding as a passenger. There’s also added D-rings and even a multi use mount for an action camera or other. Great updates here. The colors and graphics are very simple and clean. They’re also offered in a variety of different colorways so there’s sure to be something for everyone. The construction of the board is fairly strong and seems pretty durable, especially at this price point. You have plenty of stability on this board with the width of 34in and paddlers of all ages and sizes should easily be able to paddle and go. It kind of tapers off at the tail so it was easy to step back and turn the board. Another upgrade here was the pump that now comes with the board. Much better, dual action pump. Overall, a darn good board for this price point.

The Seek from Bay Sports package delivered a very thoughtful offer here with the 10’8 Seek. The colors and graphics are very upbeat and set a great vibe yet they are still very simple and clean. The construction of the board is fairly strong and seems pretty durable, especially at this price point. You have plenty of stability on this board with the width of 34in and paddlers of all ages and sizes should easily be able to paddle and go. On the flip side, the paddle is quite flimsy and the pump is very basic but considering the quality of the board this is a good offer at the price point.
